Kenneth
J. Bahng has a track record of delivering engineering design projects on
time and on budget, achieving business as well as engineering objectives.
Kenneth has managed large, multi-disciplinary design teams for complex
projects in the semiconductor equipment industry since 1985. He was a member
of management at Applied Materials and Lam Research and has been the Vice
President of Hardware Engineering for a start-up. Kenneth has doctorate and MS
degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University; an MBA from the
University of California-Davis, and a BSME from Case Western Reserve
University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer.

Mort
Cohen is expert at turning concepts into products, identifying the
best fit markets, and bringing products to market in record time. The
combination of technical knowledge and business acumen led him to senior
management positions at Fortune 1000 and venture-backed companies in the
wireless, optical, satellite communications, and analytical instrumentation
sectors. Mort was VP Marketing and Acting General Manager of Centerpoint, a
well-funded optical/wireless startup in San Jose. He holds an MS
in Engineering Administration and MBA from George Washington University and
a BSEE from the City College of New York.

Richard
Hasenpflug is passionate about building and operating businesses, especially
international businesses. Richard was CEO of a start-up focused on Western
Europe and active with several businesses undergoing privatization in the former Soviet Union.
While in Singapore as Monsanto’s Director of Finance for Southern Asia, he
established the first banking relationship between a U.S. multinational
and the Bank of China. Richard is prominent in local civic groups and
has been active with several international NGOs. He holds an MBA in
International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of
International Management and a BA in history from the Ohio State University.

Maria
Tseng helps clients define products and build business cases. Maria's
in-bound marketing experience gives her an understanding of the IT value chain
from technology, to systems hardware and software, and ebusiness. She managed
technology licensing for Cisco Systems and strategic marketing for Philips
Semiconductor. As a co-founder of Echo Canyon Software, she managed it from
concept through its sale. Maria holds an MBA from Boston College.

Shigeru
Iwamoto’s business roles span corporate strategy, venture finance,
marketing and sales on a global scale. His industry experience includes
wireless communications, consumer electronics and luxury personal care
products. As the special advisor to the CEO of Kenwood Electronics, he managed
deals with Israeli and European partners. Among his business development
achievements was the nurturing of DSP Communications which was later acquired
by Intel Corporation for $1.6 billion in cash. He has contributed to companies
such as Intel (investments), Nogatech, Phone-Or, Lancel, Boucheron, Christofle,
Helena Rubinstein, Gillette. His multi-national, multicultural background
includes fluency in English, Spanish, French and Italian, and Japanese.

Dr. Aubrey Helms, Jr. is President and CEO of
Tiger Venture Analysis Inc. He has a PhD
in Chemistry from Princeton University and over 19 years of experience in
Technology Development, Engineering Management, New Product Development, IP
Management, Mergers and Acquisitions experience and Strategic Business
Planning. He is the author of over 26 publications and an inventor on 5
patents. He balances the excitement of emerging
technologies with real-world practical experience.
Ed Hrbacek has extensive experience in marketing and general management
in aerospace, wafer fabrication equipment and materials, and Winchester memory
disk suppliers and equipment and materials fields. He is currently the
President of Albion Consulting, which focuses on feasibility studies, market
characterization, value pricing, market-driven specification development,
segmentation, competitive positioning, and data trends and analysis.
Catherine Chiu has an uniquely comprehensive perspective on mergers and
acquisitions as well as venture finance. She was the recent CEO of Certainty
Solutions, a vendor of outsourced IT services. Her roles in startups included
those of CEO, CFO and consultant, where she defined strategy, transitioned
senior teams, enhanced valuation, and managed M&A. She was a venture partner
at Alpine Technology Ventures. As Vice President of Salomon Brothers, and
Managing Director of CIBC Wood Gundy, she helped IT companies in equity
financing and M&A assignments. She holds a BSEE from Johns Hopkins and an MBA
from UC Berkeley. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has managed
partnerships between US and Asian companies.
Ann N. James is an expert on corporate governance. Dr. James manages
acquisitions and divestitures for major hospital chains and medical practices.
She is a scientist (PhD, Baylor College of Medicine), attorney (JD,
University of Houston), NASA scientist and CEO. She consults on strategic
entrances and exits of business lines, timely response to rapid changes, and
has held operational responsibility for highly regulated healthcare
enterprises. She was named to Best Lawyers in America and is active in the American Bar
Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is a
frequent speaker and writer on corporate and governance issues.
Colleen Cayes was a member of the founding team at Conner Peripherals.
She specializes in structuring complex projects and leading large,
multi-functional teams to execute projects rapidly and efficiently. This
signature skill is exemplified by her leadership in the rapid ramp up of new
factories in the US and abroad. She revitalized a P&L center and raised $8M in
internal investment funds. Ms. Cayes is experienced in business models as
diverse as cut flower imports and oil spill contingency plans for the
Trans-Alaska Pipeline. Ms. Cayes holds a baccalaureate from Stanford and an
MBA from Harvard.
Horst
Lehrheuer was CEO of a joint venture between a US company and a German
state government and has been the general manager of an IC manufacturer. He guided
his companies through the difficult transition after the reunification of
Germany by negotiating between two governments, a trustee, private enterprises
and three cultures. His passion for dynamic organization design makes him
adept at leading senior management teams. He is a director of several start-ups and consults on the practical
application of corporate governance practices. He holds a Diplom Engineer (MSEE)
from the University of Paderborn.
"J" Richard was associated with
Ernst & Young, Towers Perrin, and Coopers & Lybrand as a consultant of
compensation for senior executives prior to establishing his own firm. He is a faculty member of the National
Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), served on its Blue Ribbon
Commissions to study executive compensation and outside director pay, and
chaired the SEC Disclosure and Elements Committees.
His published works include the Compensation Committee Manual, Board of
Director Compensation Guide, Strategic Executive Compensation in Health
Services and in the High-Tech Industry, chapters in Executive Compensation: A
Strategic Guide for the 1990s (Harvard Business School Press), and an NACD
Monograph, The Board's Strategic Review Responsibility.
